- Fortiris AI Coach uses account-scoped Fortiris metrics and recent context.
- Customer-facing support AI answers from Fortiris public documentation only.
- Business AI risk summaries use aggregate workspace metrics for eligible business dashboards.
Important limits
- AI output can be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed alongside the underlying Fortiris metrics.
- Fortiris deterministic calculations and entitlement rules remain the source of truth.
- Customer-facing support AI is not approved to access internal docs, private tenant data, or hidden system prompts.
What is not implied
- Fortiris does not claim autonomous trading or autonomous risk decisions.
- Fortiris does not claim that customer-facing support runs on a self-hosted primary model.
- Roadmap or internal AI work is not described here as customer-live functionality.
