What counts as an account?
One trading account on one platform. Starter includes 1 account, Growth includes up to 3, Pro includes up to 7, and Elite includes unlimited accounts.
How does the free trial work?
Each eligible account includes one 7-day trial across the monthly retail plans. Cancel before day 8 and you will not be charged. If this account has already used its trial, checkout continues at the paid rate.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from the Billing section. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations apply based on your current billing cycle.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from Billing settings. Your paid access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
